Partners Gemma and Pippa Archer, along with their son Link, have recently acquired a condo in Portland, Oregon. Their needs include two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a space where the family can sit together. Both Gemma and Pippa are also hoping to have a washer and dryer in their apartment. The apartment design posed an interesting dilemma due to its small size and the clients' various wants and needs. The floor plan accommodates the whole family by splitting up the private areas. When you enter the apartment, guests are welcomed by the living area and kitchen. The bedrooms are located on either side of the apartment. On one side is the master suite, where Gemma and Pippa can enjoy the large walk-in shower. On the other is their son Link’s bedroom, the laundry area, and the second bathroom.
