Iowa State University's College of Design receives a makeover

Student project with Laila Ahaddad, Kourtney Cami, Allen Espiritu, Rebecca Fatz,
Kaitlin Morris, Janae Nardi, Allison Peterson, Katie Smithar
Created with Revit and Photoshop

Built in 1978, Iowa State University's College of Design is in need of a fresh look. Working in a team of nine students, we were able to create a design that took the best elements of the current design and added new elements to make it more functional to for users. A few weeks of research and study were conducted in order to evaluate the population of students and employees, as well as other users of the space. I specifically researched and designed a relocation option for the Student Services Office. My work included creating the floor plan, space planning, rendering and color scheme for the Student Services Office. This design may be considered for future renovations at the College of Design.
